Contact and research
When designing your identity, we try to get to know you very well, so that we can get a better understanding of how you, your company or the thing you want to build an image for works – and then we can work together to create an identity.
In one or two face-to-face workshops, and our subsequent customer research, we get to the bottom of:
- Who are you and your company?
- What values define you, your activity or your product?
- What is your field of activity?
- How does your communication work?
- Who are your competitors, where do you fit in and where would you like to go with your new direction?
- What is your goal that your new identity can help you achieve?
- In which economic-operational environment do you need to assert your image at the moment and where would you like to go in the future?
- What is your existing image, colours, graphic style, if any? How has it worked, what are your experiences?
- What is your idea of style, intensity and tone for a new look?
- What examples can you give of your ideas, what inspires you?
- Where and how will you use your branding? Do you need website design, social media content, wall decoration, interior design, animation-video, etc. related to your enquiry? If so, we can help you with a complex and extended service.
Concept of the identity
Based on the results of the first phase, we will then build 2-4 design concepts, which will be further developed/shaped in close consultation with you, so that one will finally win your approval.
During the process, we will consult you regularly and create loose visuals/previews so that you can see the feel of your future identity in as many real-life situations as possible, to help you make your decision.
By the end of this phase, you’ll have a basic identity consisting of your logo, colours and fonts.
Branding and complementary identity design
Building on the agreed guidelines, we will expand the identity: at this stage, the focus will be on patterns and other graphic solutions that complement the basic identity. You can then build on these in all your subsequent interfaces (website, wall graphics, flyers, posters, video).
The agreed guidelines will then be carried through the elements of the image (folder, notebook, letterhead, envelope, email signature, stamp, Facebook profile picture), so that you have a complete image ready to use.
We can also develop your image further with additional identity designs: company cars, clothing, helmets, merchandise, social media content, etc.

Brand identity handbook
As a summary of the previous phases, we will provide you with a design handbook to complete the process, which will include the design of your image and the associated graphic world, which can be simple or complex depending on your order.
In this, we will summarise all the elements of your identity, the principles, rules of order and helpful ideas that will make your identity complete and understandable to everyone. It is essential for you and later, in your interactions with others.
